Minibox is a compact dispensing machine that automatically dispenses medicine boxes onto baskets. Despite its compact size, it can dispense one order with maxmium speed within 9 seconds. It allow simultaneous refill with maximum refill speed of 2,000 boxes per hour, this allows it to operate without interruption even during peak hours, supporting efficient operations.

During filling, safety is ensured by verifying that the correct medication box is being used via barcode. Furthermore, if the wrong medication box is filled, an audio alert is issued to prevent dispensing errors. Additionally, a blind counting system is used to automatically tally the number of medications filled, significantly reducing the workload.

Minibox enables real-time, centralized management of drug inventory, expiration dates, and locations within the storage unit. Furthermore, a smart system is implemented to record every step of the refilling and dispensing process, significantly improving traceability.
